What are your prints and frames made of?
Our portraits are printed on premium, museum-quality Epson matte paper using fine-art giclée printing. Our lightweight alder wood frames feature shatter-resistant plexiglass and come ready to hang.
What are the final dimensions of framed portraits?
Our 1-inch Black, White, and Walnut frames add 2 inches to the overall dimensions.

How many pets can I include in one portrait?
You can include up to 4 pets in one portrait! We love creating portraits of dogs and cats. Have another type of pet? Contact us with a photo before ordering.
What are limited-edition backgrounds?
Our limited-edition backgrounds are special seasonal designs available for a limited time. Once the season ends, these designs may no longer be available. Any additional cost is shown during customization.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet's face, ears, and neck. Smartphone photos work great! For the best results, avoid blurry images, heavy filters, and dark shadows.
Can I see my portrait before printing?
Yes! Add our Artwork Preview for $10 to see your design before printing. If you'd like adjustments, contact us to confirm the available revision options.
Will my portrait look like my pet?
That's our goal! We use your pet's photo as a reference to capture their unique features and personality. A clear, high-quality photo helps us create the best possible portrait.
